1. قبول الشروط
باستخدام مراحب أو إنشاء حساب، يوافق المستخدم على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم يوافق المستخدم، فعليه التوقف عن استخدام الحساب والخدمات المقيدة.
2. استخدام التطبيق
مراحب مخصص لاكتشاف الأماكن والتخطيط للسفر داخل سوريا. يجب استخدام المحتوى بصورة قانونية واحترام تعليمات المواقع والجهات المحلية.
3. الحساب والعمر
إنشاء الحساب متاح لمن يبلغ 18 سنة أو أكثر. المستخدم مسؤول عن حماية كلمة المرور والنشاط الصادر من حسابه وعن تقديم معلومات صحيحة.
4. المحتوى والتغييرات
نحدّث سجلات الأماكن والأسعار والمواعيد عند ورود معلومات جديدة. قد تغيّر الجهات المسؤولة السعر أو ساعات العمل أو حالة الوصول بعد النشر. يجب التحقق من المعلومات الحساسة للوقت قبل الزيارة.
5. المساعد الذكي
يقدّم المساعد الذكي اقتراحات تخطيط اعتماداً على السجلات المنشورة في مراحب. قد تكون بعض المعلومات ناقصة أو قديمة. لا تُعد الردود ضماناً للتوفر أو السلامة أو حالة الطريق أو قراراً رسمياً.
6. الحجوزات والمدفوعات
لا تصبح أي خدمة حجز أو دفع نافذة إلا عند ظهور تأكيد واضح داخل التطبيق وبعد تحقق الخادم من الحالة. تطبق شروط العرض وسياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد المعروضة على الطلب عند تفعيل هذه الخدمات.
7. الصور وحقوق النشر
صور التطبيق ونصوصه وعلامته محمية وفق الحقوق المطبقة. لا يجوز إعادة نشرها أو استخدامها تجارياً دون الإذن المطلوب.
8. السلوك الممنوع
يُمنع إساءة استخدام البلاغات، تعطيل الخدمة، التحايل على حدود الاستخدام، رفع محتوى ضار، أو محاولة الوصول إلى حسابات أو بيانات لا تخص المستخدم.
9. البلاغات والتواصل
يمكن إرسال تصحيح للمعلومات من صفحة المكان. تُراجع البلاغات قبل تعديل السجل المنشور. للدعم، استخدم ashraf-saleem@outlook.com.
10. تعليق الخدمة والتغييرات
يجوز تقييد حساب يسيء استخدام الخدمة أو يهدد أمنها. قد تتغير المزايا أو هذه الشروط، ويظهر أي تحديث مع رقم إصدار وتاريخ نفاذ جديد.

By using Maraheb or creating an account, the user agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy. A user who does not agree should stop using the account and restricted services.
2. Using the app
Maraheb is for discovering places and planning travel within Syria. Content must be used lawfully, and instructions issued by local sites and authorities must be respected.
3. Account and age
Accounts are available to people aged 18 or older. The user is responsible for protecting the password, activity performed through the account and providing accurate information.
4. Content and changes
We update place, price and opening-hour records when new information is received. Responsible organizations may change prices, opening hours or access after publication. Time-sensitive details should be checked before a visit.
5. AI companion
The AI companion provides planning suggestions from Maraheb's published records. Some information may be incomplete or outdated. Replies are not a guarantee of availability, safety, road conditions or an official decision.
6. Bookings and payments
No booking or payment becomes effective without a clear confirmation in the app and server verification of its status. The offer terms plus the cancellation and refund policy shown for the request apply when these services are activated.
7. Photos and copyright
The app's photos, text and brand are protected under applicable rights. They may not be republished or used commercially without the required permission.
8. Prohibited conduct
Misusing reports, disrupting the service, bypassing usage limits, uploading harmful content, or trying to access another person's account or data is prohibited.
9. Reports and contact
Corrections can be sent from a place page. Reports are reviewed before a published record is changed. For support, email ashraf-saleem@outlook.com.
10. Service restrictions and changes
An account that misuses or threatens the service may be restricted. Features or these terms may change, and each update will display a new version number and effective date.
