حذف حساب مراحب

Delete a Maraheb account

يمكن حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق أو إرسال طلب بالبريد الإلكتروني.

Delete inside the app

  1. افتح الملف الشخصي

    سجّل الدخول وافتح تبويب الملف الشخصي.

  2. افتح الخصوصية والبيانات

    اختر «الخصوصية والبيانات» ثم انتقل إلى قسم حذف الحساب.

  3. اطلب رمز الحذف

    اضغط «احذف حسابي». يرسل مراحب رمزاً جديداً إلى بريد الحساب.

  4. أكد الحذف

    أدخل الرمز واضغط زر الحذف النهائي.

  1. Open Profile

    Sign in and open the Profile tab.

  2. Open Privacy and data

    Select “Privacy and data”, then find the account-deletion section.

  3. Request the deletion code

    Tap “Delete my account”. Maraheb sends a new code to the account email.

  4. Confirm deletion

    Enter the code and press the final deletion button.

الطلب عبر البريد

Request by email

أرسل الطلب من البريد المرتبط بالحساب واكتب «حذف حساب مراحب» في العنوان. سنطلب التحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل الحذف.

Send the request from the email linked to the account and use “Maraheb account deletion” as the subject. Account ownership will be verified before deletion.

ما الذي يحدث للبيانات؟

What happens to the data?

الحسابات التي لا تتضمن حجوزات أو دفعات تُحذف بعد التحقق. يشمل الحذف بيانات الحساب والتفضيلات والأماكن المحفوظة والبيانات غير المطلوب الاحتفاظ بها.

إذا ارتبط الحساب بسجلات حجز أو دفع أو استرداد، يدخل الطلب مراجعة. نحتفظ فقط بالسجلات المطلوبة للمحاسبة وتسوية النزاعات مدة تصل إلى 7 سنوات، مع تقليل البيانات الشخصية قدر الإمكان. تُحذف محادثات الحساب بعد 12 شهراً من آخر نشاط، وتُحتفظ سجلات الدعم المغلقة مدة 24 شهراً.

Accounts with no booking or payment records are deleted after verification. Deletion covers account data, preferences, saved places and data that does not need to be retained.

If the account is linked to booking, payment or refund records, the request enters review. Only records needed for accounting and dispute handling are retained for up to 7 years, with personal data kept to a minimum. Account chats are deleted 12 months after the last activity, and closed support records are retained for 24 months.
